OUR FIRST PICTURE
Hi Friends. I will use this first picture to show you one of our best and famous painters: DIEGO VELAZQUEZ. In this picture,Baltasar Charles the Prince is around our area, where we work but hundreds of years ago. One of the mountains on his right is "La maliciosa", and the one next to "Cabeza de hierro". May be this is the best example to start with this project, showing something the belong to us, so close close to us.
I don't want to tell you more information about the picture because it can be a good activity for children, your children and mine, to find details and analise the picture just to make a guess. What do you think?

Famous Painters Project
Famous Painters is an etwinning project for primary and secondary school students about European painters. Participating schools choose painters from their countries and present their life and their paintings in different ways and offer them to the students of the other schools through videos, photos, drawings, ppt presentations etc.The project has been started by 2 schools from Greece and Spain.
Students will communicate, exchange opinions and culture
with other students of the same age from different european countries.
They are expected to learn about arts, history and culture and improve
their language, communication and ICT skills.
